I have to admit that I have become slightly addicted to baking sourdough bread. It’s so easy and tasty, and you can vary the flour and seeds or whatever else you put in it.
These are with sunflower seeds and rye flour and linseed and crushed rye.

Well that’s a very good addiction!
Looks tasty and I guess taht would suit me fine 🙂
do you make your own sourdough first?
/Christina the qurious 😉
reminds me of what I have to do with some very ripe bananas. I love sourdough BTW. How long have you had your starter?
I love the smell (and taste) of homemade bread…the clarity in this almost makes me smell that bread! Yum!
I have had the “starter” sourdough for about two weeks now, made bread from it three times. I do make my own from scratch, found an easy recipe in one of our shop magazines. ICA Buffé. You can find more about it in this blog, if you can read Swedish 🙂 http://paindemartin.blogspot.com/
Don’t know much about baking but the aroma is coming out my pc screen. Looks delicious and really nice pictures with details.
Yum – I bet it’s tasty! I work for a commercial bakery and while we don’t make sourdough bread from starters, I do have the opportunity to frequently enjoy fresh bread. One of the perks of my job. I like how the top photo picks up the warm browns of the table.
MMMMmmmmmmmmmmm..looks good enough to eat! 😉
Oh I can smell it baking. Delicious! I am addicted to fresh baked bread, but not the baking LoL Great shots!
Very nice the lighting looks good as does the detail of the bread itself.
